Roman Space Telescope (RST) S-band emission. Command echoes on the transponder are fairly loud. The signal appears to be LHCP.

Cyprus HF traffic = DHFCS Akrotiri. That's the reflex attribution in utility monitoring community. But if, this time, it isn't Akrotiri at all? A post about a 75 bps STANAG-4415/MS-110A (not frequent) signal on 18503.0 kHz:

2026-08-25 09:47 UTC. Telemetry reception from the 🇨🇳 🛰 BY70-4 (aka BY-04 or 8104 Harbin MicroSat), launched this morning, on 437.443 MHz, in BPSK @ 9600 bd. All decoded frames were uploaded to the @SatNOGS db and the server at Harbin http://119.45.229.166/pages/contributor.html
